The service and its operator
AsanExcel is run by Tural Dashdamirov (sole proprietor, Baku, Azerbaijan). The site offers free and paid courses, quizzes, AI tools, ready-made Excel products, Excel, web and mobile app services, monthly technical support, and workspaces for teachers and training centres.
By using the site you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Your account
- Give correct details when you register and confirm your email.
- Do not share your password with anyone; you are responsible for what is done in your account.
- If you think someone has used your account without permission, change your password and write to us right away.
- We may limit or suspend access for accounts that break these terms.
What is not allowed
When using the site, you must not:
- post unlawful or abusive content, or content that infringes the rights of others;
- pretend to be someone else or access another person's account without permission;
- attack the site, bypass security checks, get around request limits or overload the site with automated mass requests;
- share, copy or resell paid courses, files or other content without permission;
- send spam or unsolicited advertising.
Content and copyright
The lessons, texts, design, Excel files and other materials on the site belong to AsanExcel or to the teachers who uploaded them. A course or item you buy is for your personal use (or, if bought for a workspace, for use within that workspace).
Teachers are responsible for the content they upload and must have the right to upload it. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the rights of others.
Teachers and training centres
- A workspace's features and limits depend on the selected plan.
- Add student data to your workspace only on a lawful basis and with the consent of the student (or of a parent for minors).
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your catalogue profile and course details.
- For enquiries that come through the catalogue, you are responsible for your own lessons, prices and agreements with the student.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown on the site before you order. Payment is by card (via Stripe) or by bank transfer — which one is available depends on the site settings.
- Access to a course, item or plan opens after the payment is confirmed. Bank transfers are confirmed by hand once the money arrives; put the order code in the transfer reference.
- Plans are valid for the chosen period; when the period ends and the plan is not renewed, the paid features stop.
- The scope, price and timeline of custom services (Excel solutions, web and mobile apps, monthly support) are agreed in a separate offer.
- For refunds and payment problems, write to tural@asanexcel.com or use the contact form with your order code; each request is reviewed individually. Your consumer rights under applicable law are not affected.
AI tools and automatic replies
Answers from the site's AI assistant, the AI Excel formula tool and the automatic replies on WhatsApp are generated by artificial intelligence and can be wrong. Check the result for important work. An AI answer is not an official offer, guarantee or decision: payments, orders and account matters are confirmed by a person.
AI tools have request limits. Do not write passwords, card numbers or other sensitive data to the AI.
Changes to the service and availability
We may update, change or discontinue the site and its features. Maintenance and unexpected outages may happen. Where possible, we give advance notice of changes that seriously affect a paid service.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". Lessons, examples and AI answers are for information. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss (e.g. lost income or data) arising from use of the site. This does not affect rights that cannot be limited by law.
Closing your account
You can ask us to close your account and delete your data at any time — the steps are in the "Deleting your data" section of the Privacy Policy. We may close accounts that seriously break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. We first try to resolve disputes through negotiation; if no agreement is reached, the dispute is heard by the courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The last-updated date is shown at the top of the page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
